Jolene Cicchese, RN: Home Care Expert in Buzzards Bay & Cape Cod

Jolene Cicchese, BSN/ RN/ CDP, is the founder and owner of TLC Private Home Care, which opened its doors in Buzzard’s Bay in March 2020. Jolene is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She is also a Certified Long-Term Care Claims Professional (LTCCP), which allows her to better assist our patients with Long-Term Care insurance.

Jolene is a member of the Cape Cod Canal Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and the host of ‘TLC Cares,’ a Cable television show on Bourne Community TV that provides information on topics related to Seniors (Fall Reduction, Dementia care, etc.). TLC Private Home Care’s nursing model provides the necessary support for our exceptional caregivers to excel.

TLC Private Home Care’s Story

TLC Private Home Care is also known as The Lyndon Company. It was founded in honor of Lyndon, the son of owner Jolene Cicchese, RN BSN, who passed away on December 8, 2018. Jolene sought out a way to honor her son, who was kind and compassionate. TLC was born on January 6, 2020.

Lyndon, the third son of four, was 25 years old and a young man with a big heart. He would bring food home from restaurants to give to the homeless, pick people up who were walking in the rain, give away his last dollar, and most of all, always say, ‘I love you’ before he hung up or when he left the house. He will forever be missed by his family and friends.

Our goal is to bring joy, laughter, compassion, and special to all of our clients. We will continue to honor Lyndon and strive to be the best Private agency, exceeding all expectations of the individuals and families we care for.
