Lyndon is the son of owner Jolene Cicchese RN BSN, who passed away on December 8, 2018. Jolene sought out a way to honor her son who was kind and compassionate. TLC was born on January 6, 2020. Lyndon, who was 25 years old, the third son of four, was a young man with a big heart.
He would bring food home from restaurants to give to the homeless, pick people up who were walking in the rain, give away his last dollar, and most of all, always say, “I love you” before he hung up, or when he left the house. He will forever be missed by his family and friends. Lyndon’s picture can be found on all the business cards and brochures, to make sure that he is always with us. We are reminded every day of how short life really can be.
Our goal is to bring joy, laughter, compassion, and special treatment to all of our clients. We will continue to honor Lyndon and strive to be the best Private agency, exceeding all expectations of the individuals and families we care for.

From Oppenheim Rehabilitation Center at 1629 Main St in Chatham, exit the parking lot toward Main St and turn right onto Main St. Shortly after, at the traffic circle, make a U-turn to stay on Main St, then continue through the next traffic circle onto MA-28 North/Main St. Follow this road for about 1.3 miles, then turn right onto MA-137 North and continue for approximately 3.2 miles. Use the right lane to merge onto US-6 West toward Hyannis/Boston.
Stay on US-6 West for about 30 miles, keeping left to remain on US-6 W. Take the exit toward Buzzards Bay and continue for roughly 3.6 miles. At the traffic circle, exit onto the Buzzards Bay Bypass and follow it for about 1.3 miles. At the Buzzards Bay Rotary, take the third exit onto Main St and continue for about 0.2 miles. TLC Private Home Care, located at 25 Main St, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532, will be on your left.
