Lyndon is the son of owner Jolene Cicchese RN BSN, who passed away on December 8, 2018. Jolene sought out a way to honor her son who was kind and compassionate. TLC was born on January 6, 2020. Lyndon, who was 25 years old, the third son of four, was a young man with a big heart.
He would bring food home from restaurants to give to the homeless, pick people up who were walking in the rain, give away his last dollar, and most of all, always say, “I love you” before he hung up, or when he left the house. He will forever be missed by his family and friends. Lyndon’s picture can be found on all the business cards and brochures, to make sure that he is always with us. We are reminded every day of how short life really can be.
Our goal is to bring joy, laughter, compassion, and special treatment to all of our clients. We will continue to honor Lyndon and strive to be the best Private agency, exceeding all expectations of the individuals and families we care for.

To drive from Osterville Primary Care to TLC Private Home Care, start by heading southeast from the clinic for 207 feet. Make a quick right toward Tower Hill Road for 30 feet, a left toward Tower Hill Road for 95 feet, and then turn left directly onto Tower Hill Road. After a short 39 feet, take a sharp right onto Main Street and continue for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Osterville West Barnstable Road and drive for 2.5 miles. Take a brief left onto Race Lane for 194 feet, then quickly turn right to get back onto Osterville West Barnstable Road for another 1.1 miles. Bear a slight right onto MA-149 N and drive for 0.2 miles to the traffic circle, where you will take the second exit to stay on MA-149 N for another 0.2 miles. Next, turn right to merge onto US-6 W toward Boston/Providence. Stay on US-6 W for 11 miles, then take the US-6 W exit toward Buzzards Bay. Continue on US-6 W for 3.6 miles until you reach the next traffic circle, then exit onto Buzzards Bay Bypass and continue for 1.3 miles. Finally, at the Buzzards Bay Rotary, take the third exit onto Main Street. Drive another 0.2 miles, and your destination will be on the left.
