Jolene Cicchese, BSN/ RN/ CDP, is the founder & owner of TLC Private Home Care which opened its doors in Buzzard’s Bay in March, 2020. Jolene is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She is also a Certified Long Term Care Claims Professional (LTCCP), which allows her to better assist our patients with Long Term Care insurance.
Jolene is a member of the Board of Directors for the Cape Cod Canal Chamber of Commerce and the host of “TLC Cares” a Cable television show on Bourne Community TV which provides information on topics related to Seniors (Fall Reduction, Dementia care, etc.). TLC Private Home Care’s nursing model of care provides the necessary support for our exceptional caregivers to excel.

How a Mother’s Love Transformed Home Care Services in Buzzards Bay, MA
On December 8, 2018, Jolene Cicchese lost her son, Lyndon, the third of her four boys, just 25 years old. Lyndon was the kind of young man who would bring food home from a restaurant to give to a stranger on the street, stop the car to give someone a ride in the rain, and give away his last dollar without a second thought. And no matter how big or small the moment, he always said “I love you” before hanging up the phone or walking out the door. He will forever be missed by everyone whose life he touched.
Grief is a powerful force. But for Jolene, a Registered Nurse who had spent decades caring for others in their most vulnerable moments, it became a calling. On January 6, 2020, TLC Private Home Care, also known as The Lyndon Company, was born: a living tribute to Lyndon’s spirit and a promise to carry his kindness forward. The same warmth he showed the world every day is the standard we hold for every client, every visit, and every home care service we provide throughout Buzzards Bay and Barnstable County.
Since opening our doors in Buzzards Bay in March 2020, TLC has grown into one of the most trusted private home care agencies serving Cape Cod and Barnstable County, MA.
