Jolene Cicchese, BSN RN, owns TLC Private Home Care. TLC Private Home Care opened its doors on 3/1/2020. Jolene's education is a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Exercise Physiology from Fitchburg State University in 1988. She became an RN in 2009 and received a B.S. in Nursing from Curry College.

Jolene has owned and operated two previous successful businesses in the past. TLC Private Home Care strives to continue its mission and stay at the top of private home care. Some days, you may see Jolene in the field as an RN or doing the administrative part in the office. Jolene resides in Onset, MA.

Susan is our Director of Operations and is responsible for the agency's daily operations. Her priority is ensuring that all our patients and their families receive excellent service and superior care from TLC Private Home Care.

She has over 35 years of Health Care Operations, Project Management, Sales, and Community Relations within Boston and South Eastern Mass. Susan believes that people who are ill or recovering from an illness and want to recover at home deserve the best possible in-home care and advocacy! It is her mission to make sure this happens.

Contacted agency to assist in the care of my father with Alzheimer's disease. Co- owner Jolene Cicchese RN came out to meet my parents and do an assessment of my dad.     TLC Private Home Care is a non-medical agency, which is also known as The Lyndon Company. TLC Private Home Care was founded in honor of Lyndon...

    Lyndon is the son of owner Jolene Cicchese RN BSN, who passed away on December 8, 2018. Jolene sought out a way to honor her son who was kind and compassionate. TLC was born on January 6, 2020. Lyndon, who was 25 years old, the third son of four, was a young man with a big heart.

    He would bring food home from restaurants to give to the homeless, pick people up who were walking in the rain, give away his last dollar, and most of all, always say, “I love you” before he hung up, or when he left the house. He will forever be missed by his family and friends. Lyndon’s picture can be found on all the business cards and brochures, to make sure that he is always with us. We are reminded every day of how short life really can be.

    Our goal is to bring joy, laughter, compassion, and special treatment to all of our clients. We will continue to honor Lyndon and strive to be the best Private agency, exceeding all expectations of the individuals and families we care for.
